The Brownie Room was founded by Chef Roberto and his wife Jamie. Tapping on his 20+ years of culinary experience in New York, UK, Spain and Singapore where he honed his skills in crafting delectable treats, Chef Roberto was inspired to develop a recipe for the Chewiest, Fudgiest Brownies. After months of intense experimentation, what we have now is a brownie that’s such a perfect balance of fudgy AND cakey, it will keep all the frownies away! 🙂

Quality is super important to us.  Every brownie is handcrafted with lots of attention to detail and we use only the best ingredients we can find, including high quality butter, eggs, cocoa powder and of course, only the finest Belgium Couverture chocolate. Our healthy gluten & dairy free brownie with no sugar added will also blow your mind.

But we’re more than just amazing brownies – we’re in the business of celebrating those major life moments with you and everyone you love.
