Delivery & Self Collection
How much is delivery?
We do not offer a delivery service.
While we may offer to arrange a 3rd party service for you, we do not operate or control theses services. As such, we are unable to guarantee the quality of service provided by these third party vendors or their couriers. We will however do our best to insure your experience is best it can be by: continuing to use our high quality packaging and insuring that your food is hot when handed over to the delivery courier.
Their delivery fee is not included in your orders purchase price and the delivery cost must be paid directly to the rider / driver upon receiving your order. You must pay them directly via cash or PayNow. The cost is usually between $15 and $35. However, prices can surge.
The Brownie Room is not responsible for: couriers being late for pick up, couriers being late for delivery, or damage goods due to rough handling, tampering and or accident.
Self collection will be at 67 Kallang Bahru (postal code 330067). We will contact you with exact address once the order is confirmed.
Please collect or arrange for collection only at your selected date and time.
Wrong address provided
If a wrong delivery address has been provided, we will need to arrange for a re-delivery on the same day, however this is subject to the deliver agent’s availability. If the agent is unable to do the re-delivery for whatever reason, the order will be disposed of, and no refund will be made.
If a wrong delivery address has been provided, and re-delivery is required on another day, a new order will need to be made and paid for. No refund on the original order will be made.
All re-deliveries for whatever reason are at a surcharge of $15, which will need to be paid via PayNow transfer to us.
All products must be checked upon delivery. If there are no issues at time of delivery, the order shall be deemed completed and accepted once the delivery has been done.
Once the delivery has been accepted, we will not be held liable for any damages or product spoilage, which may be due to improper handling or storage.
If the recipient refuses to accept the product, the order will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be given (unless the product was severely damaged during transportation)
