Can I get same day delivery?
Everything is baked fresh to order, so we need some time to make your brownies, and get them delivered to you 🙂
Generally we need 48h advance order – the cut off time to place an order is 8pm, two days prior to the delivery date (eg: if you wanted to order for Thursday, you must place the order before 8pm Tuesday).
How to get a refund?
We do not offer refunds once order is made.
Can I add a personalised note?
Yes! You can add a personalised handwritten note free of charge 🙂
What happens with my personal data?
Your personal data is only used for the purchase and delivery of your brownie boxes. We do not keep the information.
